Learn somatic practices that transform fragility and defensiveness into connection and resilience.
Build your capacity for honest and healthy feedback.
Journey into the difficult terrain of change using story as a map.
Get honest about the real ways that the racist, patriarchal Story of Normal shows up in your culture, including urgency and time management, information flow and authority.
Make your meetings more enjoyable and more effective.
End with a cohort of leaders who have built the trust, skills and insight to lead real culture change from within and for the long haul.

You’ve tried short-term trainings and are ready to get serious about culture.
Your leadership will engage in the self-reflection and growth that is required to hold healthy power.
You have a set of values, a code of conduct or other written description of your cultural standards – even if they are more aspirational than realized.
Your progressive organization is willing to examine how racism, patriarchy and other oppressive systems are influencing your culture – and then do something about it.
You’re ready to commit to at least six months of intensive work.

DETAILS
The program offers your team a complete journey, structured with nine lessons about change leadership. Each lesson includes:
A coaching video that sets the stage for learning and offers a leadership lesson.
An integrated story sheet that helps you apply the lesson to your own leadership challenges.
A team workshop that creates collective understanding of yourselves, each other and your culture.
You will end with one or more cohorts of leaders who have built the trust, skills and insight to lead real culture change from within and for the long haul. Cohorts are small enough to build real trust. If Leadership M.A.G.I.C is right for you, we will show you how to recruit and structure cohorts in ways that serves your organization. Leadership is expected to participate.
