By the Power of Venus and Jupiter…This Light.

Hello dear ones! After a sometimes delicious, sometimes hairy four month sabbatical, here I am, like card nine in the Tarot. I am The Hermit, holding a lantern full of starlight that I captured in the underworld: “I’m back. Look. I brought you something!”

That something starts with my lifelong love of the tarot and my understanding (from my own experience and from observing so many clients) that a daily practice that connects you to your inner voice is one of the most subversive and most effective things we can do. And also SO HARD that it gives many people a shame bath just to think of it!

So I designed a free mini-course on using the tarot to make this easier and more delightful. I want everyone to have it. It’s a reward for all newsletter subscribers. Here’s yours. I’m also offering a 2 hour workshop on Spring equinox, March 19. This workshop is kicking off a series that will combine tarot, healthy power skills and witchy tools. This first one will teach you to call in what you desire with the first tarot supercard, The Magician. Then we’ll teach you how to cast a circle, an essential tool for anything from a moonlit ritual to a dicey team meeting. Protection and intention rolled into a big ole witchy ball. Speaking of Suzanne, she and I are teaching a weeklong workshop on tarot in the redwoods of Northern California in June! It’s going to be OFF THE HOOK.( Do people still say that?) That class is about prophesying, tarot and working with ancestors and is happening at California Witchcamp. Yes that’s a real thing and yes, it’s as fun as it sounds. That’s also on my classes and events page.

A prerequisite of that witchcamp class is the witchcraft 101 class, Elements of Magic. But don’t worry, I’ve got you! I’m teaching a two-day version of that, right here in Seattle in April, with my one of my best friends, horizon greene. horizon is a badass witch, trauma healer and has probably the best laugh on the planet. We are going to have SO much fun. That class is a sliding scale, and it’s also on my events page. If you are an experienced witch who wants to roll around in the love or if you have always wanted to learn witchcraft, this is for you.

My doors for coaching are also open. I have a few spots left. If you want some 1:1 support, I’d love to be there for you.

Lastly, In February, I’ll be releasing a new program that might be the best thing I’ve ever made. And after The Heroes Narrative and Leadership M.A.G.I.C., that’s saying something. (I encourage all my beloveds- friend, clients, community- to embody healthy pride. See what I did there?) This new program weaves together the daily ritual of the tarot with a longer, deeper journey that includes everything I’ve learned about how we can transform our wounds into wisdom and be the authors of the future in wise, healthy power ways. It’s called Tarot for the Great Turning, named after Joanna Macy’s term for this cross roads moment in which we turn toward a just and life-sustaining society. I’ll let you know when registration is open for that. I’m designing it to be deep but easeful, nourishing and very affordable. You can find out a bit more about that here.
